These weekly wellbeing group sessions run every Thursday afternoon from The Lecture Hall at Ipswich Library. Led by a qualified psychotherapist, the workshops provide an opportunity to learn skills for positive mental health and build confidence in a small, supportive and friendly environment.

PACE runs every Thursday upstairs at Goals. Led by a qualified Mental Health Exercise Coach, PACE uses the power of physical activity to boost overall wellbeing and provides a safe, relaxed and accessible place for young people to come together.
